1 – Do your repairs come with a warranty and if so how long for?

A. Yes all repairs are covered with a 3 month warranty period.

2 - Can you repair different types of electronic circuit boards and power supply units?

A. At Maggi uk we have the capability to repair items from a wide range of industries please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.

3 – Do you offer a drop off and collection service ?

A. We do have a dedicated van run covering certain parts of the uk if your company doesn’t fall into one of these areas we use a nationwide nextday delivery service.

4 - How long will i have to wait for my repairs to be sent back to me ?

A. We aim to have all repairs back to the customer within 3 – 4 working days upon receipt of goods.

5 – Can you supply products aswell as repair them ?

A. Yes we have a wide range of items we can supply new or refurbished.

6 – Do you offer an advance replacement service ?

A. Yes we do, once you have contacted the sales team the item you require will be despatched the sameday then you need to return the faulty part within 14 days
